Halloween is the next holiday on the calendar! Are you ready to get into the mood with great fall recipes? I’ll be sharing a different simple fall recipe everyday in October!
Pumpkin Cake
1 (18.25 oz.) pkg Yellow Cake Mix (Just the dry mix)
27 oz of a 30 oz Pumpkin Pie Mix (not solid)
3 Eggs
Non Stick Spray
Pour batter in 8 ΒΌ cup microwaveable container. Microwave uncovered on high 13 minutes or until toothpick tests clean. Rotate Cake 2 times if no turntable. Allow cake to cool 5 minutes before inverting on serving plate.
Serve with Whipped Topping.
Microwave cooking time may vary based on your microwaves wattage.
